You will learn

The Sitoo integration sends your in-store orders from Sitoo POS to Klaviyo, so you can build flows and segments from real purchase behaviour. Your full purchase history is imported on install, then new orders arrive automatically.

Integrate Sitoo with Klaviyo

1Create your KAV Labs account

Go to app.kavlabs.co/sitoo/install and sign up or log in.

2Connect Klaviyo

Click Connect Klaviyo and approve access for the Klaviyo account you want your order data in.

3Connect Sitoo

In Sitoo Back Office, go to Settings → Sitoo REST API and generate an API password. You need administrator access. That screen shows all four values you need:

Your API base URL is region specific. Copy it from the screen rather than assuming the default. If your API key is restricted to specific IP addresses in Back Office, allow our servers before this will validate.

4Pick your stores

We load your sellable stores from Sitoo. Choose the ones you want to sync. Orders from stores you do not pick are ignored and not billed.

5Start your trial

Confirm your plan and start the 30 day trial. We then import your full purchase history and begin syncing new orders. You can watch progress on the Sync Status page.

Your Sitoo orders are now flowing into Klaviyo. Placed Order, Ordered Product and Refunded Order are ready to use in flows and segments, and each customer profile carries the store, date and value of their most recent purchase.

FAQs

New orders are checked every 30 minutes. Sitoo has no order webhooks, so the integration polls on a schedule rather than receiving pushes.

Yes. On install we import your complete order history, up to 10 years. History does not affect your price, which is based on store count only.

Only orders where the till captured an email address or phone number. An anonymous cash sale has no one to attach to, so it is skipped rather than invented. If your email capture rate at the till is low, that is the ceiling on what any POS integration can deliver, and it is worth reviewing with your store teams.

No. Sitoo's API has no consent field, so we have no basis to mark anyone subscribed. Profiles created from orders land as Never Subscribed. Your existing consent in Klaviyo, collected through your own signup forms or ecommerce platform, continues to govern who you can send to. A purchase is not consent.

Not today. Product details still reach Klaviyo on every Ordered Product event, including name, SKU, variant and price, so you can segment on what people bought. A full Klaviyo Catalog sync is not part of this integration.

No, by default. Most merchants already have their ecommerce orders in Klaviyo through their webshop platform, and syncing both would double count revenue. If Sitoo is your only source of webshop orders, contact us and we can turn them on.

Returns arrive as a Refunded Order event with a positive value, so Klaviyo revenue reporting stays correct. Returns deliberately do not create Ordered Product events, since a return is the opposite signal to a purchase.
