Mariana Tek is your source of truth for members, bookings and memberships. Every member syncs to Klaviyo as a profile, and every booking, check in, cancellation, no show, membership change, purchase and waiver becomes a Klaviyo event you can trigger flows on. Nothing is ever written back to Mariana Tek.
•Members: Mariana Tek → Klaviyo only. Every member with an email becomes a Klaviyo profile. We never create or edit members in Mariana Tek.
•Events: Mariana Tek → Klaviyo. Bookings, check ins, cancellations, no shows, memberships, orders and waivers become Klaviyo events.
•Consent: Mariana Tek → Klaviyo, opt ins only. Members who opted in to email or SMS in Mariana Tek are subscribed in Klaviyo. We never unsubscribe anyone.
•Bookings: Mariana Tek → Klaviyo. Every booking is also stored as a Booking object on the member's Klaviyo profile, kept up to date as it's checked in, cancelled or marked a no show.

Before you begin
You need administrator access to your Mariana Tek admin (to create an API key) and access to the Klaviyo account you want your data in.

3Connect Mariana Tek
Enter your studio address (the URL you use for your Mariana Tek admin, for example yourstudio.marianatek.com) and an API key. Generate the key in your Mariana Tek admin under Settings → API. Your key is stored encrypted and is only used to read data.
4Pick your locations
We pull your locations straight from Mariana Tek and select all of them by default. Untick any you don't want to sync. Only data from selected locations is synced, and you are billed per selected location. You can change this later from Settings.

6Sync starts automatically
After checkout, a historic backfill runs across your full Mariana Tek history, with every event placed on its original date. Then we check for new activity every 30 minutes.

If a member opted in to email or SMS marketing in Mariana Tek, we subscribe them in Klaviyo using their original opt in date. We only do this for members Klaviyo has never seen subscribe or unsubscribe. We never unsubscribe anyone, and we never re-subscribe someone who unsubscribed in Klaviyo.
Klaviyo can only subscribe a phone number to SMS if your Klaviyo account has a sending number set up for that country or region. Once you add one, new opt ins will flow through.
No. Zero dollar orders, like a visit covered by an unlimited membership, are skipped so your revenue and order counts stay clean.
Every member with an email at your selected locations. Merged duplicates and archived members are skipped. A phone number that isn't valid is dropped, but the member still syncs with their email.
Yes, from the Locations section of the integration's Settings page. Your bill updates to match the number of locations you sync.
Events record what happened and when, and trigger flows. The Booking object holds each booking's current state and is for segmentation. A booking that's later cancelled shows as Cancelled on the object, while the Booking Created event stays in the timeline.
Syncing stops immediately. Profiles and events already in Klaviyo stay put and can still be used in flows and segments.
