Before you begin

You need a KAV Labs account (create one during setup), a Klaviyo account you can authorize, and access to Mangomint's chat support for your business.

Pricing: $199 per location per month. A 30-day free trial is included. A card is required at signup and nothing is charged during the trial.

Integrate Mangomint with Klaviyo

  1. Go to app.kavlabs.co/mangomint/install and create your KAV Labs account, or sign in.
  2. Click Connect Klaviyo and approve access in Klaviyo.
  3. Enter each Mangomint location by name (for example "Montreal" and "Saint-Lambert"), one per salon or spa. You're billed per location.
  4. Start your 30-day free trial.
  5. On the Sync status page, copy your webhook URL. It's unique to your account, so treat it like a password.
  6. Open Mangomint's chat support and paste the ready-made message from the Sync status page. It includes your webhook URL and the events to enable: Appointment booked, Appointment updated, Appointment canceled, Sale completed, Form submitted. Ask for it on all your locations.
  7. Once support confirms, go to Apps → Manage apps in Mangomint and make sure Webhooks is enabled.
  8. Book a test appointment for a client with an email address. The Sync status page changes to "Mangomint events are flowing into Klaviyo", and a Booked Appointment event appears on that client's Klaviyo profile.

Troubleshooting

Sync status still says "Waiting for Mangomint to send your first event": confirm Mangomint support has set up the webhook with your URL, and that the Webhooks app is enabled under Apps → Manage apps.

Sync status says "No events from Mangomint recently": if your salon has been open, check the Webhooks app is still enabled, or send support the message again.

Klaviyo is disconnected: reconnect from the Configuration page; events can't be delivered while it's disconnected.
