Learn how to integrate Dutchie, a leading cannabis POS platform, with Klaviyo. This integration allows you to automatically:

  • Sync order data and customer profiles from Dutchie to Klaviyo
  • Track Placed Order and Ordered Product events for targeted marketing
  • Sync your Dutchie product catalog for dynamic product recommendations
  • Perform a one-time 2-year historic backfill of orders and customers

Before you begin

To integrate with Dutchie, you'll need your Dutchie API key. API keys are provisioned through the Dutchie Support team directly.

Have your account admin email possupport@dutchie.com with the following:

"Dutchie team — we are integrating with Klaviyo. Can you please provide the Dutchie API keys for the following locations: [location 1], [location 2], etc."

Pricing: $49 per location per month.

Integrate Dutchie with Klaviyo

1Get Your API Key from Dutchie

Have your account admin email possupport@dutchie.com with the following:

"Dutchie team — we are integrating with Klaviyo. Can you please provide the Dutchie API keys for the following locations: [location 1], [location 2], etc."

Note: You'll need a separate API key for each location. Only an account admin can request API keys from Dutchie.

2Log into KAV Labs

Log into your KAV Labs account and navigate to the Dutchie integration.

3Connect to Klaviyo

Click Connect to Klaviyo. Review the permissions and click Allow. You'll be redirected back to KAV Labs.

4Enter API Keys

Enter each Dutchie API key for each of your locations. Make sure to match each key to the correct location.

5Enter Payment Details

Enter your payment details to activate the integration. Pricing is $49/month per location.

You're all set! Here's what happens next:

  • Orders and customers will sync approximately every 30 minutes
  • The product catalog will sync approximately every 24 hours
  • A one-time 2-year historic backfill of orders and customers will begin automatically

Yes! When you first install the integration, we perform a one-time 2-year historic backfill of orders and customers.

You'll need a separate API key for each location. Request all API keys from Dutchie Support at possupport@dutchie.com, then enter each key during setup.

API keys are provisioned through Dutchie Support directly. Have your account admin contact possupport@dutchie.com to request your API keys.
